The opportunity
Sensibly Sprouted is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide one-on-one
outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) by telehealth. You’ll build lasting patient
relationships through nutrition assessment, individualized care plans, counseling, and
ongoing follow-up.
This opening is in our Primary Practice pathway. You’ll independently manage an
active caseload across a broad range of patient needs, using sound clinical judgment to
deliver consistent, high-quality care. Primary Practice is a long-term patient-care role
with room to deepen your clinical expertise.
What you’ll do
● Independently assess patients, provide evidence-based MNT, and adjust care
plans as their needs change.
● Use counseling strategies that fit each patient’s goals, readiness, and barriers to
change.
● Build strong patient relationships and support engagement, follow-through, and
continuity of care.
● Manage an active caseload while maintaining accurate records and meeting
clinical and scheduling standards.
● Participate in case review and continue expanding your clinical knowledge and
treatment breadth.
What you’ll bring
● A Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
● Applicable state licensure, or eligibility to obtain required licensure.
● Demonstrated ability to independently provide outpatient or longitudinal MNT
across varied patient needs.
● Sound clinical judgment, effective counseling, and strong patient-management
skills.
● Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and comfort managing an
active caseload.
Readiness for Primary Practice is based on directly relevant MNT capability, rather than
total years of dietetics experience or advanced credentials.
