Who can attend the Idaho Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Annual Meeting?
Anyone! Varying registration rates apply for Idaho Academy Members, Students, Retirees, and nonmembers of the Idaho Academy.
The registration fee includes access to all Annual Meeting education sessions and events scheduled during the Annual Meeting. Daily registration rates are available. Please see the registration form for more information.

What is included in the cost of registration? Are meals provided?
The registration fee includes access to all Annual Meeting education sessions and events scheduled during the Annual Meeting, including lunch on both days of the event. Morning coffee service is also included.
Is there a dress code at the conference?
There is no official dress code for the Annual Meeting. Most attendees wear business attire or business casual attire during their time at the conference. Note that some meeting facilities can have wide variations in temperatures which may be out of the Idaho Academy’s immediate control. Therefore, you may wish to dress in layers allowing you to be comfortable regardless of the room you are in.
What is the weather like in Boise in April?
The weather in Boise during April is transitional, marking the start of spring with a mix of mild, sunny days and occasional rain. Daytime temperatures are comfortable, but mornings and evenings remain cool. The weather is variable, so layering is essential.
Will I receive paper handouts for sessions I attend?
No. Handouts will be posted online closer to the event date. All speakers have been asked to submit a handout to accompany their presentation. Please note that all links to handouts will be removed one week following the Annual Meeting.
