Circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the Annual Meeting after you have registered. The Idaho Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics works to ensure that all registrations are processed in a timely and efficient manner and are eager to work with you in the event you must cancel.

Refunds (less credit card processing fees) are available for attendee cancellations received more than 14 calendar days prior to an event.

No refunds are available if you:
–cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event*
–fail to show up
–do not attend all sessions

*We are only able to consider exceptions for refunds that are for emergency and/or medical purposes. If you would like to be considered for a refund exception, please contact our meeting planner, Jill Rice, by telephone at 208.284.2673 or email: jilldrice@gmail.com.

Registration Transfer
Registrants may transfer their registration to another person from the same company up to five business days prior to the event.

No-show Policy
Full payment is required of those who register but do not show up for any portion or all of the event.

Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release: The Idaho Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 or any other communicable disease while attending the Annual Meeting. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to attend the Annual Meeting you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 or another communicable disease. By registering for the Annual Meeting, you acknowledge that you understand the above warning concerning COVID-19 and communicable disease and choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19. You hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against The Idaho Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and officers, directors, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease related attendance at the Annual Meeting. You understand that you give up your right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim you may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations: The Idaho Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and its guests must comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations with respect to health and safety issues at all times while on the premises of JUMP. By registering for the Annual Meeting, you agree to comply with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, including “best practices”. Attendees will be notified via email what will be required of them prior to attending the Annual Meeting.
