This year the Idaho Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is celebrating 70 years of our Idaho affiliate! As part of our celebration, we would like to recognize what Idaho Dietetic Interns and Students are doing and where they would like to go after the completion of their dietetic program. Today we are recognizing:
Antrim is a student in the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Idaho. After graduation, Antrim would like to work with the production and preparation of healthy foods.
“My favorite experience of the dietetics program so far has been the group activities around menu creation and recipe development. I love combining my innate creative spirit with nutrition, cooking and food. I could not have come up with a better plan. Designing our Theme Meal: a historical look at zombies and the holiday recipe challenge, which we just completed, have both been highlights of the program so far.”
